​We understand that sometimes life gets busy - and we’re here to support you! If you need to take a short break from your membership, please read the information below carefully before submitting your request.

Important Info:

• Submit your request at least 7 days in advance.
  Requests made less than 7 days before your intended suspension date will not be accepted.

• All suspensions must be in blocks of 1 full week.

• Maximum of 4 weeks suspension per calendar year.
