Mission Yoga – Terms and Conditions
Please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or attending a class at Mission Yoga Studio, 105 Belmont Street, Alexandria NSW 2015, operated by Mission Studio Yoga Pty Ltd (ACN 670 433 379). By booking or attending any class, you agree to abide by these terms.

Class Attendance and Studio Etiquette
-
We strive to deliver all classes on time and as advertised. However, classes may occasionally be changed or cancelled without notice. Mission Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer, or offer compensation for classes that are late, changed, or cancelled for any reason.
-
Teaching staff may change without notice.
-
Please arrive on time. We allow a 5-minute grace period; however, we ask that you enter quietly to avoid disrupting the teacher and other students.
-
If you need to leave early, please inform your teacher before class begins. We encourage students to attend only when they can stay for the full session.
-
Mobile phones and devices are not permitted in class, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. new parents or on-call staff). Please speak with your teacher beforehand if needed.

Cancellations and No-Show Policy
-
All class cancellations must be made via the same platform used to book (MindBody website or app).
-
You may cancel up to 3 hours before class without penalty.
-
Cancellations within the 3-hour window incur a $10 late cancellation fee for direct debit members or will result in the forfeiture of that class from a class pack.
-
If you do not cancel and do not attend, this will be considered a no-show. Direct debit members will be charged a $15 no-show fee, and class pack holders will forfeit that visit.
-
We do not accept cancellations via phone, email, or social media. These channels are not monitored in real time, and your request may not be seen.
-
All cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable.
-
These policies ensure fair access to classes for all students. We appreciate your understanding.

Refunds, Credits, and Transfers
-
All purchases (classes, class packs, workshops, events, and memberships) are final. Mission Yoga does not offer refunds or credits for change of mind, injury, illness, or any other reason.
-
If you are unable to attend a workshop or special event, you may transfer your spot to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance via email.
-
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your workshop spot. In some cases, a deposit may be accepted with the balance due prior to the event.
-
If you do not attend a booked workshop or event, your spot will be forfeited and no refund or transfer will be issued.

Mission Yoga 28-Day Signature Reset
-
This 28-day unlimited yoga offer is available to new students only.
-
The programme becomes active from the date of your first class and is valid for 28 consecutive days from that visit.
-
The Signature Reset pass is non-transferable and cannot be suspended.
-
Returning students who have practised at Mission Yoga previously are not eligible, except in cases where they have been out of Australia for six months or more. In such cases, the offer may be repurchased once (proof may be requested).
-
Students transitioning from the 28-Day Signature Reset to a direct debit membership receive two weeks free. This option has a minimum 12-week (6-payment cycle) commitment (not including the free fortnight). The membership will continue to roll fortnightly until cancelled in writing.

Memberships, Suspensions, and Terminations
-
Mission Yoga offers a range of memberships including Fortnightly Unlimited (Concession, Transition, YogaRuka) and Weekly Warrior.
-
Fortnightly Unlimited Memberships allow access to unlimited classes. These have a minimum 12-week commitment (6 payment cycles), excluding any free weeks offered, and continue to roll fortnightly until terminated.
-
Weekly Warrior Memberships provide access to five (5) classes per four (4) week period and also continue to roll fortnightly until terminated.
Membership Terminations
-
To terminate your membership, you must complete the Membership Termination Form at least 14 days prior to your next scheduled payment. Termination requests made via email, SMS, social media, or in person will not be accepted.
-
Your 14-day notice period begins on the date your completed termination form is submitted. Submission does not automatically confirm your termination. A written acknowledgment will be sent by our team to confirm your final payment date. Please allow up to three (3) business days for this confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within that timeframe, it is your responsibility to follow up.
-
If your termination form is submitted less than 14 days before your next scheduled payment (including on the day of payment), that payment will be processed and will serve as the final billing. Your membership will remain active for the full 14-day notice period.
-
All payments during the notice period are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-
Please note: For a termination notice to be valid, your membership account must be up to date with no missed or failed payments. If your account is in arrears at the time of submitting a termination request, the 14-day notice period will begin only once the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
Membership Suspensions
-
You may pause your membership for up to four (4) weeks per calendar year, in weekly blocks. To request a pause, you must complete the Membership Suspension Form at least one (1) week in advance of your desired start date.
-
We are unable to process suspension requests made via email, SMS, social media, or in person.
-
Submission of the suspension form does not automatically confirm your pause. A written acknowledgment will be sent by our team. Please allow up to three (3) business days for confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within that timeframe, it is your responsibility to follow up.
-
Any days already paid for will be added to the end of your pause period.
-
Extended Suspension for Travel or Health Reasons
In cases of long-term travel or verified health matters, additional suspension time may be granted at the studio’s discretion. If an extended suspension is approved and the member chooses to terminate their membership within three (3) months of the extension being granted, the granted suspension period must be fulfilled before termination takes effect. This ensures any additional time provided in good faith is honoured and not used to bypass standard membership obligations.
