Join Vicki and celebrate 3 years of Mission! Three years ago on this day, September 25th, we opened our doors and to thank YOU, our amazing community we will host a 75 minute workshop.
In this 75 minute workshop we will work on SMFR techniques and roll out tension across common stress points like upper back, neck and hips. Then we will settle into deeply nourishing restorative poses to allow our body and mind to rest and take in all that work. Suitable for all levels, injuries and modifications. We can't wait to share this with you!
Free to Mission members and Annual Pass holders. Spots are limited, email hello@missionyoga.com.au to secure your spot, as always first in, best dressed!

healthy relationships: navigating triggers with compassion
saturday 22 mar 3.30-5pm
In March, Mission Yoga will be focusing on mental health and the vital role our relationships—both with ourselves and others—play in our overall wellbeing. Join us for this special workshop designed to help you cultivate balance, calm, and deeper self-awareness in your relationships.
Join Phoebe, Clinical Psychologist specialising in dating and relationships, for a 90-minute workshop exploring how relationships can trigger us, sometimes causing us to lose our emotional balance. You’ll learn how to recognise your triggers and practice simple self-soothing techniques to restore inner calm.
Through gentle reflection, self-compassion practices, and practical tools, you’ll discover how to support yourself in moments of emotional overwhelm, strengthen your ability to connect and communicate, and meet both your own and your relationships’ needs with greater ease.
Perfect for anyone—single, dating, or partnered—who wants to navigate relationships with greater self-awareness and emotional resilience.
Investment: $45, members, annual pass holders and current 28 day programme participants get 10% off.
felt sense of self: meeting yourself where you are
sunday 30 mar | 11am-12.30pm
To round out Mission Yoga's mental health series this month, explore your Felt Sense of Self in this 90-minute workshop with Kimberley. Explore how you experience emotions as physical sensations in the body so you can tune into your internal landscape and connect with your needs, wants, and desires.
This session will guide you through a gentle practice of breath, yin yoga, and reflective compassionate enquiry of Self to support connection with your qualities, values, intentions… who you are today.
Grounding into your Felt Sense of Self allows you to feel into your Being and guide decision-making that is values-led and heart-aligned.
Kimberley draws on her training as a counsellor, somatic psychotherapist, trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher, and communication consultant.
Free to members, annual pass holders and current 28 day programme participants. Please email hello@missionyoga.com.au to book your spot.
